Preferred room and roommate description

Hi, my name is Tracy and I am looking for a roommate for a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, full basement townhouse located in the Dublin/Powell/Worthington area just off the Sawmill/270 exit. I have not signed a lease yet I need a roommate before I can move. The place will be fully furnished including, bed, dresser, TV, night stand for your room. You would only need to bring your personal items with you. The basement will have my gym equipment and will have room for storage down there as well. Your rent would be 500.00/month plus 1/2 the utilities. If you need any internet services/phone services you will need to cover these on your own 100%. I have a cell phone and a wireless card, so I don't need these items. Also, we can discuss any channels we would like to have and split the cost of these. I do not have any pets, and it is something that we could discuss. I have really nice furniture and I don't want it ruined with animal hair or smell. I do not care about your orientation, gender or age. I ask that you be neat, tidy, courteous, respectful and pay your bills on time. I am currently trying to quit smoking, so if you smoke, I ask that you would do this outside. I am very laid back and enjoy hanging out with friends and family.
