Preferred room and roommate description
Hello all!
I have a small room available for those that need to find somewhere to stay. No furniture is in there. My last roomie was able to get in there a Futon bed,Computer Desk (nice size) File cabinet, and Dresser and other items. The room itself already has a Directv DVR in there just need to bring a tv with you also do have Roadrunner internet in there too. Keep in mind that pretty much the whole place is available to you, You DO NOT have to stay in the room all the time. Im a very easy person to get along with and am not a partier. Im more of a social drinker more than anything. Place is very quiet and have good neighbors around us. If you are into drugs you need not apply. (already been there and done that). I would prefer someone who will not have a houseful of people over for partying ect ect. There are 2 males already here. One male is mentally challenged and has his own room and he is 50 and im 38. I don't have a issue with age as long as you are over 18. Please have a secure job. I'm willing to help anyone out so if you are interested Please let me know.
