Preferred room and roommate description
I am in search of a roommate I live on the south side of Columbus east of parsons on Stewart Ave, I am an elderly gentleman with a nice 2 bedroom house the rent is $350 per month which includes rent, gas, elect, and water. U will need your own phone, I do have internet u must have a router if u want internet access this is a smoke and drug free home as well I do have a beer once in a while so drinking is ok as long as it is not over done, this is an unfurnished room if you want to inquire about the room or see it please feel free to contact me. The lady that had the room for a short while painted it with a bright color, I will take $50.00 off your rent if want to paint in a color of your choice. I have a surveillance system for added security and I have two cats with NO cat smell. You can tell that this is a male household.
