This is a great roommate situation & a nice place to call home! Looking for just one roommate. You would have 2 bedrooms & a private bath (avail. as furnished or unfurnished)...plus full use of the house & half of 2-car garage. Fourth bedroom could be made avail. for occasional out of town guests, home office, or?
4 year old home, located in newer subdivision...nice quiet nieghborhood. Close freeway access, nearby shopping & quality casual dining. Nicely furnished w/comfortable, easy-going atmosphere. Washer/dryer, Dishwasher, micro, flatscreen TV, DirecTV in all rooms, internet, pool, etc.
I am a mature swm, own a company that does remodel work for residential & small business clients. Very easy to get along with, relaxed personality, no drama lifestyle. Also have 3yr old Border Collie, "Pepper" who will likely adopt you.
