Preferred room and roommate description

I am a 28 year old female student finishing my last semester at ASU. After that, I'll be starting graduate school. I keep pretty normal hours between work and school (generally between 8-6 or so). I'm responsible, clean/tidy, friendly, laid back, and quite easy to get along with. I'm looking to rent out one bedroom with a private bath and full use of the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. It is a split master bedroom floorplan, so each room has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The condo was remodeled about a year ago, and has new carpet and tile, granite countertops and new cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as all new appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc). The balcony overlooks the mountains and a greenbelt and the views are stunning. Very quiet gated community with 3 pools and immaculate grounds. Rent is $500 (plus utilities). There is access to the 51 freeway, Paradise Valley mall is about 10 minutes away, and downtown Phoenix is only about 10 minutes south of where the condo is located.

I am looking for someone who is also responsible, tidy and easy to get along with. I don't have any issues with a mess in your own bedroom, but would like the rest of the common areas to stay relatively picked up. I'm not a big partier, but do have friends over from time to time. For the most part, I am pretty quiet though. It is important that you like cats or at the very least can tolerate them, as I have 3. They are EXTREMELY docile and laid back and friendly. I would prefer not to introduce any other animals into the house, but if you have 1 cat, that could probably be arranged.
