Preferred room and roommate description

Hi there, I'm looking for a roommate for the master bedroom in my house. The master bedroom is pretty big – I had more than enough room for my Queen Size Bed, Chests of Drawers, TV and computer desk. It has a connecting private bathroom, 2 closets, one of which is a big walk-in closet. The layout out the house is great, with the master bedroom separate from the other bedrooms for added privacy. The house was built in 1995, and is in great shape. I've had the house for about 8 years, and bought all the major appliances like refrigerator, washer and dryer brand new when I moved in. The backyard is nicely landscaped - grass and some trees and a Pebbletech pool with basketball hoop. There is a tuff-shed for additional storage, and a two car garage as well. There is also ample street parking, and we have had no problems parking outside. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is in the north part of central Phoenix so it is conveniently located. It is close to I-17, SR-51 L-101, as well as bus routes. If you like hiking or biking, it is close to the mountain preserve. The deposit is fully refundable if there are no damages or cleaning to be done when you move out. I have moved to the Seattle area, but my roommate Ryan is still living there. He was great to live with, and we hung out and got along well with each other.
