Entertainment industry executive seeking a professional type or two as Housemates for a luxury home in the North Central Estates. This is a well-known, $1million-plus property that is used for film site locations and has been used for vacation rentals. Terms will depend upon the room taken and length of stay, but this is a high-end property (am asking $1,200/month for the smallest bedroom; vacation renters have paid $3,500-$10,000/week for the house and $10,000/month so this is a high-end property and am offering a reduced rent in order to get quality housemates who will take care of the property).
Only responsible, professional people should reply. This is a non-smoking property. Privacy and discretion are important. Looking for housemates who will keep the house neat and clean (and who will recycle!). I am frequently out-of-town (often for extended periods), so truly want people who will look after things while I'm away.
