Preferred room and roommate description

Hi! I just bought a condo in North Phoenix and am looking to rent out a room. The room available has a private bathroom attached along with a closet (not walk in) If extra closet space is needed the 3rd bedroom (hopes of becoming an office) is also available. The bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the condo which make it nice for privacy purposes. We would share common areas including the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, patio, etc.

Currently, most of the condo is unfurnished. All major appliances are installed and working; however, the common areas are lacking furniture. Your furniture is more than welcome and plans to purchase new furniture are being made. The appliance purchases cut into the furniture budget, so some adjustments are being made :)

I am a professional female who works full-time and attends grad school at ASU West full-time as well. I'm not home a lot, but when I am I try to catch up on some television, read, or cook. I'm not a huge party person although I do attend social events on occasion. Overall, I'm a very laid back and easy person to get along with.

I am looking for someone who is responsible with paying bills on time, has steady employment, and who isn't afraid to be a social at times. I really am seeking someone my age (25-30).
