I'm looking for a responsible roommate to share my home as my current roommate will be moving out soon. I have maids that clean the house once every two weeks (all bathrooms,room vacuuming, kitchen). You just need to pick up after yourself and everything else is taken care of. I play the piano daily but am pretty good about limiting it to when no one is at home. I'm willing to accept a couple but you need to rent out both available rooms (negotiable). My house is SUPER nice and I'm looking for someone who can respect it. I'm pretty easy going and would welcome someone who is the same.
