Preferred room and roommate description
I am a single mom with at 12 year old boy. I am looking to try and share some of my expenses. I am renting my Master Bedroom, which is downstairs, and my son and I will be in the upstairs bedrooms / loft area. I have two dogs and my son has a cat, but the cat does not ever leave his room. I am looking for someone who is clean or not so clean, because I have a difficult time keeping up with it sometimes. I am looking to share the utilities 1/3 with you. I work during the day and at night I like to hang out at home and watch T.V., or go to my son's baseball games. I like to have fun, laugh, talk, and I am very open about myself. I would prefer someone who is like that to.
