We have a one bedroom in two bedroom historic home to share. Room mate gets Room w/ cedar lined closet, their own refrigerator, A sitting area w/ fire place, 8x10 storage shed located on Locked/ Gated RV slab, access to kitchen , washer & dryer, & swimming pool/ Barbeque/Sun deck. Entire house has been remodeled. Prefer a non-smoker or non use any form of illegal drugs. Utilities & cable/ internet included. We are a gay household. House mate should be tolerant & respectful as we are of you. Room available now. Rent is due on the first of the month. House is located in the Historic District close to the Arts district, downtown, Phoenix College, Bus line & not to far from the light rail. There are several restaurants, grocery stores, shopping & entertainment near by. Very close to the 51 freeway , Several Hospitals & Starbucks/ Einsteins! Basically its in a great location, centrally located usually opposite the traffic flow so very little traffic issues for commuters! Also ten min. from the airport, We are fun people but very much professionals. Students are welcome. The flooring is brand new, fresh painted & space is unfurnished. Sitting area could be furnished if wanted w/ color TV. There is cable in every room of house for TV or Internet.
