Preferred room and roommate description
I am looking for a roommate in South Phoenix in a 2005 build, 1,770 sq. 4 bed/2 bath house with large backyard and a good sized 2 car garage. The home is located on 19th Avenue & Baseline, in a beautiful, quiet gated community.
I have 2 extra bed rooms; you could have your choice. I am renting one of the two rooms for $500 dollars a month. This includes your own/shared bathroom, shared kitchen, utilities (Electric, Water, HOA fees, COX High Speed Internet, COX Basic cable) and covered Garage.
Or $350 for a room and split utilities + Covered Garage for an extra $25 more.
I am a 28 year old Christian, laid back young professional. I'm also very clean and responsible. I work full time and go to school in the evenings. I get along with anybody and can have fun in any situation . Love to watch and play sports, love to travel and good music.
