Currently living in this 5 year old well furnished modern townhouse is one male , 28, an electrician, and one female 57, his mom who is a nurse. I would describe the atmosphere here as family-oriented and clean, Party animals, stuffed shirts and druggies need not apply. There is zero drama and no agendas. We just live here and share the house. Outside smokers and social drinkers ok.
