Internet, cable, & a landline phone is also hooked up with TV’s, a computer to share, & phones, etc..
The condo is clean, it also has a living room and kitchen to share, furnished with all your basic amenities, etc, and there are washers and dryers in the unit.. There is ample parking and it is in a gated community that has a swimming pool.. Functional and practical for you, easy access to UNLV, the Airport, or the Strip.
Seeking a nice quiet person to take the room, no drugs or pets. :) Its $400/month plus 1/4 power bill...
