The room is sectioned off in the back corner of the spacious living room with the Japanese screens and is private and quiet. Nobody hangs out in the living room, and the room has all the privacy you need with all the furnishings you require (twin bed, TV, DVD player, nightstand, chest of drawers, hangers, etc.). Ideal for students or people who want to live in a nice place & save money on rent. High speed internet available in condo.
Rent is just $300. There is no lease - just month-to-month. However, I would like the person that moves in to stay a minimum of 3 months. I also have a weekly rate of $120 available (includes utilities) with a minimum 2 week stay.
The room is in a condo in a very nice 10 story high rise building called the Wimbledon Tennis Club next to the Vegas Grand and newly built UNLV dorms (Rebel Place). The condominium complex includes amenities such as vending machines, ice cold soda machines, weight room, sauna, pool, jacuzzi, pool table, secure building and night security here. The building is safe and secure as well, with an elegant lobby and is located right next door to the Las Vegas Grand.
Excellent location! Walking distance to UNLV, casinos, grocery stores, bus stops, mall, bars, 7-11. Less than a mile from the Las Vegas strip. There is also a bus stop 1/2 block away. There are two cats here so you must like cats. Room is available to move into as of today's date and person must be responsible and have a job.
