I'm a pretty laid back person. I work fulltime and I'm just looking for a normal, not too eccentric roommate. I own my condo that has a beautiful refinished basement with a walkin closet, walkout patio (there's also a deck on the main level) and full bathroom that I'd like to rent out. Of course, we can share the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, etc. My condo is in a quiet residential area, but still within ten minutes of Lindale Mall, all of the restaurants and other stores.
