Preferred room and roommate description

I am going to be student teaching at Kelly Walsh High School from January until May 2010. I am a math major with a 3.8 GPA - I'm very studious and I don't like to party. I like to clean and do so about once a week. I would like to rent somewhere preferably from the beginning of January until the beginning of May, but I can rent for 6 months if that's easier, preferably starting in December. School starts on January 4. I expect it will keep me very busy, so I would like roommates who won't make a lot of noise or keep me up late.
