Hello, I am a laid back female, non-smoker, very down to earth, drama free with a room for rent in my apartment. 500/m all util incl. I am a single parent and has 1 child that will be in the home part time. I myself only occupy the apartment part time because my work requires me to travel most of the time. I am looking for an honest, clean, friendly person to share my apartment with. I would prefer non-smoker, however outside smoking is ok.
