I am 61 years old and past my partying years. I'm easy to get along with and very active for my age. I have an older house with a big yard,which belongs to my Blk Lab. My interests are Flying Boating Ham Radio Welding cooking and gardening. Rent must be paid on the first. I also have a Hot Tub. Looking for someone who is not a heavy drinker and is a nonsmoker. Weekend Barbeques are fine, over night guest will be discussed. I want someone who is cool and will help me keep the place clean. Won't tolerate any BS. Long term roommate.
