Great location next to the freeway I-15, close to shopping centers, 20 mins to the beach.
Three roommates, couple of us ar from Hawaii. Very spacious house pooltable in garage, big backyard, room is 12by10 w/ 4ft. of closet space quiet/friendly neighborhood.
We are clean, chill, respectful,no drama, pays rent on time and looking for the same as a roommate
Utilities average $90 a month.
Deposit is $625 but will negotiate some kind of deal.
