Hello San Diego! I am a young, professional, female looking for a great smoke-free, drug-free roommate to enjoy my house with me. Your rent will include your own small master bedroom with a closet, private bathroom and private balcony. You will have access to the whole house; in fact, I want you to feel at home and as comfy as I do there. Also, you will have a parking spot in the garage - which is great for all of those rainy San Diego days - ha. The house is fully furnished but the room isn't furnished at all. I am drama-free, I mind my own business, and keep busy. I am clean in the common areas and about average in my own bedroom. I am looking for another young female professional or student who has similar values and is seeking a comfortable rooming situation.
