Preferred room and roommate description

I have to find a roommate who is willing to move in by December 1st. The apartment is located close to the Capitol Hill area, close to the UW, relatively near to the downtown Seattle and few blocks away from the Lake Union. There are nice restaurants and a nice bar just a block away from the place. There is also easy access to the 520 and the I-5. The neighborhood is really safe and the parking is very easy to find. The apartment has lots of space, huge windows and a nice view to the Lake Union. The apartment has one bathroom and two bedrooms. The place is all carpeted except for the bathroom and the chicken. The apartment is about 1200 sf which is a decent size. There is a laundry room on the first floor of the building with two washers and dryers.

It’s not a party apartment because I need to study, but from time to time is good to relax and enjoy a good beer.

The person I am looking for must be between ages of 20- 30. I am around that age so it would nice to share the place with someone around that age. I am looking for someone responsible who likes to keep the place organized. I consider myself a respectful and organized roommate who would like to find someone with the same interests as well.

The total price for this room is $625 plus the light bill. Water, sewer, and garbage is included. The apartment is on the third floor so the place maintains relatively warm because the heather from other apartments raises to the top floor.
