Hi! I'm looking for a considerate, female, professional or grad student, aged 23-30 to take my room (because I got a job in NH :( I'm really sad I have to go! The location is wonderful and a 5 min walk to Harvard Square, tons of great restaurants, bars, and shopping. An organic market is right next door and a laundromat is below the apt. The room is about 12 x 12'' with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a closet. There's a bright, furnished living room, 1 1/2 baths, a porch, hardwood floors throughout, and 2 very considerate, professional roomates aged 25 and 26. No pets are allowed in the building and there is on street parking with a Cambridge parking permit ($8) The lease ends on Sept. 30th and 1st and last month's rent is needed to move in :)
