I have a house with some open rooms I would like to rent to some young professionals. My brother (29yr) and myself (26yr) currently live there. We're very laidback, fit, and open minded so we get along with almost anyone. There is a full kitchen which any roommates would have access to. The house is in a housing development so there is plenty of street parking right in front of the house. There is a home theater set up in the finished basement which can be used for games or movies.
Rooms available:
1- $500/month 15x15 with attached full bath located in basement
2- $450/month 14x14 shared bath located on second floor
3- $400/month 12x13 shared bath located on second floor
Utilities would be split 3 ways and would probably range about $60 per person depending on the season and how hot or cold we keep the house.
Wireless internet access is free but there is currently no cable TV. Over-the-air TV signals are available in the area. There is a deck attached to the house for BBQs in the warmer months and a full backyard for full use (potentially a vegetable garden). If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
