I am a photographer based in East Williamsburg (some call it Bushwick). It's one minute away from the Morgan Ave. stop on the L train, and about 12 minutes Subway ride to Union Square in Manhattan.
I , recently, moved to another loft (around the corner), and I am renting the former loft that is advertised here.
I , still, come to print at the loft about once a week during the day (my printer are there) or to pick up some prints from my archives there., but I am, basically almost never there.
There is Wi-Fi and also laundry machines in the basement.
Furniture included, bed spreads, full kitchen, full bath.
I have a GREAT big private bedroom to rent with large windows and high ceiling ($950 plus utilities, that might come to $80 in the winter) and there is also an extra smaller loft bedroom ($800 plus utilities.) The place is available to take a look at. Really great space in an artistic neighborhood.
