Preferred room and roommate description

Hello,

I have a couple rooms for rent in South Burlington on Patchen Road. The house sits on an acre of land, next to a town park and is within walking distance to the grocery, convenience stores, and about a dozen restaurants. Bedrooms are in the front of the house and there is a large sunny great room off the back with a couple couches, pool table, loft, and indoor hot tub. Off the great room there is a patio with outdoor furniture and a natural gas grill. There is a small vegetable garden plot in the back yard and flower gardens all around. The kitchen has a brand new dutch door refrigerator and brand new dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well as lots of storage space.

Rent is $600 for your choice of 2 different bedrooms or $750 for a master bedroom with its own large bathroom. The bedrooms and living room is carpeted. The rest of the living areas are tile. The house has been rented in the past and utilities are split up among all tenants and end up being about $125/person for water, electricity, gas heat, and cable/internet. Snow plowing and lawn mowing is included and done professionally. There is plenty of parking and an attached garage for bike storage.
