The room is 12x19 ft., tile floor, furnished, cable, high speed wireless internet, own bathroom, own entrance, parking, and full kitchen privileges.
With easy access to all parts the L. A. minutes to Studio City, Toluce Lake, Los Feliz, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, also to the Media District in Burbank where major studios are located: Disney, Warner Bros., NBC, Downtown Burbank, only a couple of miles away features: Media City Mall, Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Universal Studios Hollywood, 5 minutes to 5/101/170 freeway and nearby Burbank Airport.
I am looking for someone non-drug user, clean, easy to get along with.
Monthly rent$1000.00 plus security deposit $300.00 refundable when you move out, utilities included.
