We are a married couple for 7 years with 2 dogs, Gigi and Maddy. Our doggies are 12 years old, very well trained and friendly. We have a 3B/1B home with hardwood floors in a wonderful and established residential, tree lined neighborhood in the Media District in Burbank, CA 91505. We are both easy going, happy, educated and upbeat professionals. Ours is a no drama, no drugs, non-smokers home. We have a large pool and yard. The room we are renting is furnished with a Full size bed and bookcase. We will rent furnished or unfurnished. There is only one bathroom in the house, which will be shared. We are walking distance to 2 grocery store, CVS, dining places, bus line, freeway, track, tennis courts, park, Disney, NBC and Warner Bros. Downtown Burbank is 4 miles away. We are renting month to month with utilities included. You can install your own phone line in the room, if you like. We have a wireless DSL modem/router for internet access.
