Nice 6 bedroom/2 bathroom home in Sloan (near Cheektowaga for anyone who thinks Sloan is in the boonies), very nice neighborhood, very nice living for anyone looking to save money.
Our ideal roommate is respectful, relatively clean but clutter is ok - nobodies perfect in our house. Washer & Dryer available, wireless internet & cable. Full basement for extra entertaining space & storage, plus gargage. No smoking - there is no exception to this rule. Must like cats as I have 4 & their very friendly. Age doesn't matter - as we get along with all ages - our ages range from 21 to 40. Please note - the current house members are all night owls so if you have to be up at the crack of dawn this is properly not the place for you. We currently have 1 room available upstairs which is ok if you work in the morning & sleep through "most" noises. The other room is downstairs & I would suggest you have a night job because they keep very late hours.
