Preferred room and roommate description

Hello! I am looking for a new roommate for my 3 bedroom home. Currently I live here with my boyfriend and another roommate (22) who wants to move when he graduates from Buff State in December. Your room is 10' x 9.5' with 2 windows and a built in closet with a large drawer. I have posted pictures so you can get an idea of what it looks like. I even threw a full size mattress on the floor so you can sorta tell how much room you'll have. I still need to paint the room and if you respond fast enough you could pick out a color! There is one bathroom with a 'normal' shower, not a claw foot tub. The house is completely furnished. We do have 2 dogs, 2 ferrets and some fish. Another dog or other small animals would be ok but no cats. Rent is $300/month and includes all utilities, turbo speed internet and a washer/dryer. Rent is month to month so I do ask you to pay last month's rent up front as well as a $300 security deposit. I am a somewhat politically active person who likes the house to be kept clean, free concerts and being outdoors. Roy and our roommate like to play video games, watch tv and movies and have recently been playing Magic, a card game. We are all animal lovers who like to hike.
