Preferred room and roommate description
The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Your rent would be $500 per month (flexible) + 1/2 of the utilities. You would only have to furnish your bedroom. I have pretty much everything else needed to live comfortably. I also have Verizon DSL and could easily set up a wireless network for us to share.
I am divorced, and have 2 daughters (13 & 7). They live with their mom in Lockport, and visit with me from 6 pm Friday until 7 pm Sunday, EVERY OTHER weekend. That is only 6 days per month!! That is why I would prefer a female roommate. I'm very protective of them, and guys tend to make me nervous. I am in a serious relationship with a woman, and I'm only looking for a roommate. Nothing more-Nothing less.
I would like to find a new roommate/friend that can help me with expenses. Could that person be you??
