I am moving out of my apartment, because I have to change locations, but that means my room is available!!!
Your apartment will be a nice sized 2 bedroom/2 bath with
Hardwood floors, Granite Counter Tops, a Black Tile Backsplash in the kitchen, 9" Tray Ceiling, a Balcony, 24 hour Fitness Center, Club House, Cyber Cafe and the list goes on...
There is a large Walk-In Closet and Bathroom attached to your room. It is walking distance to the Marta Station and anywhere you need to go; Kinkos, Starbucks, Homedepot, chick-fil-a, and many other places.
It is like 10-15 minutes from everywhere in the city. Right in the center of it all!
Your apartment is facing the courtyard so it feels like you are in a private beautiful world of your own. Vacation at home!!! The building is hotel style, enclosed hallways and you can park on the floor where you live and go directly to your room. We haven't gotten to the good part yet: THE ROOF TOP!!!
The roof is an amazing paradise escape with a huge meditation garden and nature walk. There are cabanas with pool beds! The pool is a relaxing salt water pool and you can even put your pool chair in the water to lay down and tan IN THE POOL! There is a huge fireplace outside to stay warm during the winter while enjoying the roof top. I sort of hate the fact that I have to leave it all, but life happens...lol
Your roommate will be a lovely female young professional. Very easy going and quiet, but likes to have fun! There are no pets at this time, but if you have one, you can discuss it with her after you decide to take the next step.
The monthly rent is $636, which is less than half the total rent. You will split the utilities(water/electricity) with your roommate.
