Roommate Needed for Spring Semester

Preferred room and roommate description
I have a room in a 3/2 Duplex but I only have one roommate, the third bedroom is an office. I am moving the week after finals (December 22) and I need someone to take over my lease that goes through July 31st. The rent is $450 a month plus our utilites which is usually another $100. The duplex is very open and spacious, central to food, entertainment, and shopping. My bedroom is on the opposite end of the house as the master and the bathroom is across the hall but it is bigger than the master bathroom. Pets are allowed. My current roommate is very laid back, social, and outgoing. She currently has a small dog who is very playful and lovey. Please contact me if you have any questions!
