Rent is 325 plus 60 HOA Fee(covers water, lawn,pest, trash) and split cable/internet/utilities (around 150).
Must be responsible, friendly, easy going and clean, non-smoker.
Condo has hardwood floors in the entire place with ceiling fans in each room. Living areas and kitchen are fully furnished also include washer and dryer, fireplace.
