Preferred room and roommate description
The place is a 3/2 house which is about 10min from A&M's campus and 5 for Blinn. The rent would be $350 and 1/3 of the utitilities.
My roommate is graduating in December and will probably leave after that, but since I'm a Sophmore Biology major, I will be a round a little bit longer. We both have a pet, she has a golden (who is super sweet!), and I have a cat.
You would have to share a bathroom, but if this is unacceptable to you, I am willing to trade with you so you can have the master bedroom. The only thing is it would increase rent to $600 a month.
