Looking for roommate to share a 2-Bedroom apartment with. Location is convenient for travel on the Green Line (B, C, and D lines within walking distance). On street resident parking is available with a permit and there are paid spots available off the street. The apartment has hardwood floors and high ceilings. Brand new kitchen table. Old roommate left his desk in the room, but it can be removed without a problem. The living area and kitchen are already furnished. I am looking for someone to help me finish up the last 5 or 6 months of my lease (until August 31st) at the very least, possibly to sign the lease with again come August.
I am a pharmacy student and I will be entering my second professional year in September. The rent is $1650 for the entire apartment, Heat and Hot Water included. Electricity varies month to month but since my time here I haven't used enough for a high bill.
Apartment has a balcony that was just renovated this past April. It also has a storage closet in the basement, along with recycling bins and a laundry station ($1.25 per load).
