Preferred room and roommate description
I own a beautiful modern 3 BR/2.5 BA townhouse and I am looking to rent one of the BR out to a clean friendly professional. You also have your own bathroom and laundry is included int he rent. The Rent includes everything including all utilities, cable, and internet so you'll be paying a flat fee no more no less.
I am a working professional myself and work downtown in the financial district. The house has easy access to bus lines and the T so if you need to get to harvard, BU, or BC it a short commute to all three of those schools if you are graduate student.
