Preferred room and roommate description
Two graduate students looking for a third roommate in a spacious, modern, top floor, newly renovated 3-bed, 2 full bath condo by Brighton Center. The place has good sized rooms, massive closets, granite counters, new appliances, and the common areas are fully furnished (Big screen, leather couches and all). Hardwood and new tiles were just installed! The area is quiet and the apartment is located right by our private swimming pool!
The place is a 5 min walk to the BC campus (by the seminary), the T (B-line to BU and downtown), and all major bus routes. 10 min to Boston University campus by bus or train. 2 min bus ride to St. Elizabeth's Hospital. 5 min drive to exit 17 on Mass Pike or to Storrow Drive east and west. Also, walking distance to Starbucks, Quiznos, dry cleaners, CVS, and a couple gyms. Perfect for students or professionals.
The condo is located in Luxurious Towne Estates condo complex and has two swimming pools, at-door trash pickup, extra storage, on-site laundry, private parking (with professional snow removal throughout the winter months), all-night security, and is situated between a Golf course, a park (tennis, bball), and a lake! The units gets a lot of sun in every bedroom (all day long) and the assigned parking spaces are located right outside the door.
We're looking for someone who is very clean, relatively quiet, and respectful of others (gender does not matter). We're very outgoing and social and would like our roommate to be as well!
There is also a bed (the bed frame contains a headboard with shelving) and mattress that are available to sell for a negotiable price. Can e-mail pictures if interested.
