Preferred room and roommate description

I am looking to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Oak Square - Brighton. This is a great apartment, good size bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, small den/office, front deck, backyard. Includes off street parking spot in driveway that is shared with current roommate. Free washer and dryer in the basement that is shared with one other apartment. Utilities are not included but typically run about $140 - $150 a month per person with cable, internet, electric and gas (heat). 1st months rent ($800) only to move in.

The apartment is located on Hobson Street in Brighton, right off of Fanueil Street. Walking distace to many bus routes including the 57, 501, 503, 64. Easy access to Storrow Drive and the Mass Pike.

You will be sharing the apartment with a young, male professional. He is quiet, clean and very courteous and has been a great roommate for the last year. He also has a small dog (terrier) that is very well behaved.

I am looking to fill this space by November 1st but can be flexible about the move in date if necessary.
