I have two rooms available in Phillipsburg, NJ of different sizes. One room is 600/m and the other is 700/m. The rent includes free DirecTV, high speed wi-fi internet, laundry in the house, use of the kitchen and hanging out in common areas. Everything included except food, but I am open to sharing groceries and preparing meals together. I'm a very good cook and baker.
I have 2 dogs, both housebroken I hope that isn't a problem?
