Preferred room and roommate description

HELLO ALL!! My roommate (a male) and I are looking for a roommate to fill a 3rd bedroom in our 3bed/2bath new construction condo. The rate is $550 plus util, which are very cheap, fyi. WILL SHARE A BATHROOM WITH FEMALE It is huge, 1800 sq. feet including a very large outdoor deck! We're all hooked up in terms of cable/internet and furnishings (We even have a brand new treadmill), so you'd only need your own room furniture. Length of stay is negotiable but we would prefer a longer term. We're in Bridgeport off of 35th/Halsted so that's close to the Red/Orange Lines and Halsted, 35th, Ashland, Archer bus lines as well as UIC, IIT, and Lake Shore Drive. We've been here 6 months and really just don't use the space enough as we both keep pretty active schedules.
