Preferred room and roommate description

Hey! I have a room available NOW and then another slightly larger one Dec but could be sooner.

One room is upstairs with hardwood flooring and one large closet. The other is located in the basement with carpet and two good sized closets.

The house was built in 1952 and has lots a great character! It is within biking distance from BSU near overland and vista. Its a three bedroom one bathroom house, somehow the one bathroom has never been a problem. There is lots of space with a formal living room upstairs and a tv room downstairs, a HUGE laundry room, fenced backyard and a dog who climbs our huge tree. There is a two car garage and an additional garage space for storage.

I am a female in my early 20s attending BSU. I like to go out and have fun but when at home prefer more of a calm and relaxing environment. There is almost constantly music playing and feel free to play DJ with your ipod whenever. This is the place is you want to walk into your front door with a happy puppy to see us and a wall sized van gogh moral of starry nite.

I would like a roommate who wants to share the house and the responsibilities that come with it instead of just a room. It be great to make dinner once or twice a week and I really want someone to consider the whole place theirs too not just their personal room. I just ask for respect which I am having a hard time understanding why it is so hard to come by!

Must like dogs and a fish that lives in a blender. No more pets per request of our landlord and the dog does not like cats. But would consider another small dog to help keep mine company and we can mutually care for one anothers. The dog does need to be kenneled when there is not someone in the house however.

Rent is $325 plus power, gas and thanks to my Mac I am currently stealing very good internet from the neighbors. Room is available to see now! Let me know if you are interested and we could meet up and see if we are compatible. I also have some more pics I can send.
