Looking for one housemate to rent my home, and help take care of it.
I am single, lot of fun to be around, interesting, and talented, but picky (a little uptight, lol?) Really, I like things a certain way, but there is usually some reasoning behind it.
I have a German Shepherd dog that travels with me (He's like my kid) No other pets please (he is very friendly with people, but thinks other animals are chew toys).
House has common areas furnished.
6 Bedroom
3 ½ Bath.
Large 4000+ square feet, 2 story with finished basement w/ windows.
One of the upstairs bedrooms is a dedicated spa room. Available for your use, for 60~90 minute professional massage by CMT (no, not by me! LOL) if you book your own appointments through my CMT, or one that I approve.
Bedroom being offered is downstairs, with your own full bathroom, storage room, driveway parking. Or, an Upstairs room is also a possibility.
I only respond to inquires from premium members, and please know, I am very picky when it comes to the company I keep, and especially who I share my space with.
