You will have your own nice size bedroom and own bathroom. Townhouse only 5 years old, must see it to see how spacious it is. Washer/dryer in unit. Free convenient parking space right out front. Large kitchen, livingroom and gameroom make for plenty of privacy or entertaining space. Small shared deck has gas grill. Prefer non-smoking. Have one loveable dog, so can't be allergic to dogs. Bring your own bedroom furniture and/or other furniture.
