Preferred room and roommate description

I am traveling to Australia to study abroad this spring and am looking for someone to take my room off my hands.

To be quite honest, I am really bummed to be leaving this house. I have four exceptional roommates-- all guys-- who are awesome. They are respectful, fun, pay rent on time, and really quite clean.

If you were to take this room, you would pay $475/month plus utilities that on average will not exceed $100 per month. It's usually closer to $85.

The house is awesome. The room for rent is the biggest in the house-- plenty of room for one person. The two best parts of the house are the kitchen which is huge and the back yard, which is big enough to play regulation whiffle ball and has a fire pit. It's safe to say we have a lot of fun.

My landlord is fair and really nice (which is rare in Bloomington, trust me). Any time we need anything done, a single phone call will fix it.

Our location is amazing. We are about five to six blocks from the bars and a ten minute walk to campus. If you ride a bike, it's even faster.
