Preferred room and roommate description

Looking either for a couple or a single person or parent with child(ren). 3 bathrooms in home and one would be shared with our children... however, we can make that your private bathroom for an extra fee of $50.00 dollars a month. (so could be your private bathroom, which is right next door to the room that we are renting) The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Mirrored closet. Kitchen, family room, living room and laundry room is shared with us. Backyard has a swing set and the community has a lovely lake with a trail for biking or walking, also a community pool. We are down to earth and look for the same in return. Your cleansiness is very important in the house but your room is yours to live as you like. Hopefully it will not be damaged though. Smoke free, drug free and pet free home. Your food is your responsibility. However, as a family we could take turns cooking. That would be up to you, if you wish to do that or have your own private dinner and cook too. Visitors are allowed! We will allow you to use our wifi for free. Come see as you'll adore our fairly new 2004 comfy home. :)
