My house is located in an area that is 10 minutes from Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice, Downtown, Century City etc. It is centrally located to everything. It is on a major bus line for people from another country that may not have a car. I am also very close(walking distance) to grocery store, restaurant and shops.
