Preferred room and roommate description
I am a hard working 55 yr old female, seeking a serious professional person who is responsible but can relax and enjoy life as well. I am a very family oriented person. Two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, off street parking available. Front porch and backyard, both with separate entrances, warm cozy ground floor apartment with hardwood floors and fireplace to share. MUST SEE! Singles preferred, but couples OK. Female preferred, and no pets preferred. However I am very open minded to most inquiries. Twenty or fifty, age doesn't matter, as long as you are responsible and will clean up after yourself.
