Preferred room and roommate description

We have an open room in a large house in a nice neighborhood in the Temescal District in North Oakland that has plenty of parking if you have a car. The rent is $680 a month plus utilities. There are four of us in the house right now, three students who attend Cal and one professional hair dresser. Two of us are 22, then there's one 23 and a 26 year old, so someone in their 20s is the age range we are looking for to be honest. We are all pretty laid back and accepting group of people who do enjoy a good time every now and again, but when school work starts mounting we make sure to handle business. We are looking for someone who is willing to work with everyone else to keep the house clean making sure that the chores around the house get done. We are Berkeley students so we are 420 friendly and we don't have a problem with anyone who smokes cigarettes, but they must smoke outside. Also there are three dogs who live in the house as well so we are pet friendly. There is a laundry/dryer in the house as well as a dishwasher. We are eager to get someone in as soon as possible.
