Looking for a professional, clean and responsible roommate to share my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. We would share the kitchen, living room and dining room. Looking to split 50% of the utilities. The condo is has hardwood floors throughout, a washer, dryer and LOTS of storage.
Condo is located at Potomac Drive, Basking Ridge, NJ. Right by rt. 78. The condo is furnished, however you would have to buy your own bed :o). I just had a brand new heater and A/C installed and the water heater is fairly new too. my id kaplan.inna is on my g emale. If you own a motorcycle, there is room for one in the garage as well.
